Somerset Street Abertillery Traffic Order 2025
The County Borough Council of °¬˛ćAƬ (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) in exercise of its powers under section 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Act 1984, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 1984”), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984, does hereby make the following Order;
CITATION
1. This Order shall come into operation on 1st day of December 205 and may be cited as Somerset Street Abertillery Traffic Order 2025.
2. The °¬˛ćAƬ County Borough Council (Traffic Regulation Order) Somerset Street Abertillery (Experimental) Traffic Order 2024 shall be revoked on the coming into operation of this Order.
THE ORDER
3. No person shall cause any motor vehicle to proceed on the length of road shown coloured blue on Drawing Number TS2245/100 attached to this order from 1st April to 30th September.
4. Nothing in Article 3 shall apply to any motor vehicle being used by or on behalf of
a. the Police, Fire Brigade or Ambulance Service.
b. An individual, party or organisation authorised by the Council
