Unfortunately, we’re also unable to take or deliver orders for the following:
- Full Troliboc system
- Troliboc trolley only
- Troliboc boxes (plastic, glass, cardboard)
- Troliboc lids (red, blue and green)
- Troliboc flaps (red and green)
- Troliboc paper box and lid
What you can still order
Good news—you can still request a range of other recycling equipment, including:
- Individual boxes and lids
- Hessian sacks and cardboard hessian sacks
- Small and large food caddies
- Green waste sacks
- Yellow hygiene/nappy sacks
- Wheelie bins
Recycling batteries from home
You can recycle household batteries using our small reusable white bags, available from your nearest Community Hub.
Community Hubs are based in local libraries managed by Aneurin Leisure Trust: /en/resident/blaenau-gwent-community-hubs/
Before you start
To place an order, you’ll need to:
- Log in to your My Services account, or
- Create an account if you don’t already have one
What happens next?
Once you’ve submitted your order:
- You’ll get an email confirmation
- We’ll aim to deliver your items on the next available delivery date in your area
Need to make a change?
If you need to cancel or update your order:
- Add a note via the ‘My Reports’ section in the app or Customer Portal, or
- Email us for support
